About the Wine Maker

We are 2 brothers, Romain and Damien, and with our team, we strive all year round to work our vines and our wine by being perfectionists, respectful, benevolent and positive! The Domaine de l’Enclos is 29 hectares of organically farmed vines (Ecocert certification) on the 4 levels of the Chablis designation and notably on some of the most beautiful terroirs of the vineyard.

Tasting Notes

From a vine planted in the 1980’s, this Petit Chablis is full-bodied and round. Shiny, straw yellow in color with notes of lemon zest and a light touch of butter. Best to be enjoyed in its youth!
